Canadian Tire Tools and Hardware

Hello All,

Today I am going to write about Canadian Tire’s tools and hardware department and customers’ feedbacks.

As you know, the construction labor cost is high in Canada, and almost every single family will do all the simple jobs by themselves. Therefore, tools or equipment are needed. There are many stores that we can buy tools and hardware from such as Canadian Tire, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Rona Lansing, and even Walmart. Home Depot, Lowe’s and Rona Lansing specialize in tools and hardware used for general constructors while, those sold by Canadian Tire are mainly for residential. Every week, Canadian Tire always has a promotion on their products and sometimes, you can get up to 75% discount on the products you purchase. Compare to the other stores, the price for tools and hardware is more reasonable and affordable even though the quality might be not as good. Based on my research, there are around 11,602 reviews about Canadian Tire tools and hardware (Canadian Tire Corp, 2014). Despite that most of the customers give 5 stars on the products purchased; there are also several customers who are not satisfied with the products that they purchased. With the unsatisfied customers, Canadian Tire has someone to answer their concerns and/or questions to ensure the customers are taken care of.

Canadian Tire Gas Station

Hello All,

It is my opinion about Canadian Tire Gas Station.

Despite that there are many gas stations around my area and at most main intersection, however we usually fill the gas at Canadian Gas Station for the following reasons: First, it is convenience as it is also very close to our house. Besides that, we can fill the gas and shop at Canadian Tire store at the same time. In addition, Canadian Tire also offers “Canadian Tire money” and it can be used interchangeable with real money. Therefore, we can redeem that “money” to make purchases in the future. Second, we get 10-cent discount whenever we use the Canadian Tire MasterCard for the first 30 days, and we can save instantly at the pump. Additionally, every time that we fill our gas at Canadian Tire gas stations, they always offer us many valuable coupons that we can use to purchase stuffs inside Canadian Tire stores. Third, whenever we purchase other things at other gas station such as wind-chill liquid, petro oil etc., the price is always higher than in stores. Meanwhile, the price is more competitive and Canadian Tire gas stations almost offer the same price as at Canada Tire Store. Further, we feel that the employees at Canadian gas stations have more experience compare to other gas stations because I always get good advices how to maintain our car. Last but not least, all gas stations have driven through car wash but some Canadian Tire gas stations offer self-carwash. We feel it is convenience and cheap as we can both clean outside and inside of the car after fill up the tank.  To me, it is one place with all services.

Canadian Tire Customer Service

Hello All,

Today I am writing about Canadian Tire Customer Service.  Please leave your comment after viewing my blog.  Thank you and enjoy your time at my blog.  It is my point of view after being the long time of Canadian Tire's customer.

Different people have a different point of view. In my opinion, the store with a lower price but bad customer service will not be able to attract customers in short term and is not sustainable in long term. Hence, I would rather pay a little higher for a product or service at a store with good customer services than going to the place with a bad one. Canadian Tire is one of the stores that my family usually goes to. One of the reasons that we like Canadian Tire is because of their great customer services and the prices are also reasonable. Besides that, Canadian Tire also has many locations and it is convenience for us to get things at one stop. In Canadian Tire, I can almost always find the things I need for my family and have no problem to return within the certain time even if it is used. Despite that the price in Canadian Tire store is not lower compare to another stores such as Walmart or Home Depot, however Canadian Tire usually has a promotion every week to attract the customers. In the event that the promotion is still running and they are out of stock, the customer will receive the “rain check” that allows them to come back at a later day to buy the product at the sale price. In addition, for some products that do not include rain check, Canadian Tire will clearly indicate that on the advertisement

Today, I am going to introduce about Canadian Tire Corporation and the reason why I chose this topic.

The topic for my blog is Canadian Tire Corporation. The reason I chose Canadian Tire is not only it is one of the largest Canadian retailers that is owned by Canadian, but also for its great customer services. Further, Canadian Tire is also known as the most-shopped general retailer that provides various types of goods and services. Canadian Tire was established in 1922 by John W. and Alfred J. Billes, the two Toronto brothers. In 1958, the company began to extend the business beyond their traditional boundary of only selling in-door products, and opened a new business line that sells gasoline. By 1968, Canadian Tire started to offer the financial service, which allows the customer to apply for the Canadian Tire credit cards. With a strong management team, dedicated employees and loyal customer base, Canadian Tire is doing better day after day. Currently, the company has approximately 1,700 retails and gasoline outlets across Canada
